| dc.description.abstract | Tématem předkládané bakalářské práce jsou otázky v profesi - Policie České republiky. V teoretické části se zabývám popisem policejní etiky, jejím vývojem a dále také popisem vzdělávání policistů v této oblasti. Dále zde pojednávám o komunikaci mezi policistou a občanem, opomenuto není ani porušení etických zásad ze strany policisty či postihy za toto porušení. V praktické části práce uvádím případové studie, které byly vytvořeny na základě skutečných případů z policejní praxe a jejich následné vyhodnocení. V diskuzi a závěru bakalářské práce shrnuji veškeré zjištěné skutečnosti. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The theme of this bachelor thesis are the ethical issues in the profession - Police of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part contains the police ethics description and its development as well as a description of police officers training in this area. The theoretical part then continues with a section focused on communication between the police officer and the citizen. This section also includes a part about ethical violations by the police and penalties for these violations. The practical part consists of case studies, which were created based on real situations from police experience and their subsequent evaluation.
