| dc.description.abstract | Cílem bakalářské práce bylo názorně představit, co z pohledu projektové analýzy, vedení, výsledné realizace a performance testování znamená zrealizovat převzetí rozsáhlé celosvětové IT infrastruktury konkrétní firmy na již nepodporované platformě, navrhnout a teoreticky ověřit plán modernizace včetně výsledné podoby a to celé zrealizovat. BP je rozdělena na teoretickou část stávající technologie prostředí, navržená nová technologie prostředí, forma project managementu, jaké nástroje / aplikace / personální zdroje jsou potřeba apod., a část praktickou proces migrace jako takové zohledňující všechny kroky. Výstupem BP je také referenční případová studie, kterou bude možné aplikovat na většinu IT infrastrukturních prostředí mezinárodních firem libovolného zaměření. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The objective of the bachelor thesis is to demonstrate what does it mean from the project analysis, management, final implementation and testing performance point of view to implement the takeover of extensive global IT infrastructure running on an unsupported platform used by a specific company, to design and theoretically verify the modernization plan incl. the final form and to implement the whole solution. The bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical part the existing technologies of the environment, the draft of the new technology, the form of project management, tools / applications / personal resources required etc. and a practical part the process of migration itself in respect of all steps. The output of the bachelor thesis is a reference case study which is possible to apply on the majority of IT infrastructure environments of international companies in any business area. | eng |
