| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá eutanázií v České republice a ve Švýcarsku. Analyzuje zdravotní systém v těchto zemích a jejich úroveň paliativní péče. Zabývá se zákonem o veřejných službách a zaměřuje se na eutanázii z hlediska zákona České republiky. Práce se zabývá problematikou asistované sebevraždy ve Švýcarsku, působením organizací Exit a Dignitas, kde je asistovaná sebevražda provozována její legislativou. Charakterizuje švýcarské zdravotní plány a pilíře a srovnává paliativní péči. Důležitou roli má ambulantní služba Spitex zaměřená na pomoc a péči v domácím prostředí. Závěr práce je komparací českého a švýcarského systému. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis deals with euthanasia in the Czech Republic and in Switzerland. It analyses the health system in these countries and the quality of palliative care there. It concerns with the Act on Public Services and focuses on euthanasia from the Czech legislative point of view.
Next, the thesis deals with the issue of assisted suicide and its legislation in Switzerland and with the activities of organisations Exit and Dignitas, where the assisted suicide is carried out. It characterises Swiss health models and schemes and compares palliative care. An important role is played by ambulatory service provider Spitex specialized in home care.
