| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou role prezidenta vzhledem k lidskoprávní dimenzi zahraniční politiky České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První teoretická část se zabývá pravomocemi prezidenta České republiky, zahraniční politikou, lidskými právy a analýzou role prezidenta v zahraniční politice. Ve druhé praktické části se představují práce a životy tří prezidentů; Havla, Klause a Zemana. Dále jsou popsány jejich postoje a činy vzhledem k zahraniční politice a lidskoprávní dimenzi v této politice. V poslední části jsou tito tři prezidenti srovnáni a je shrnut a ohodnocen jejich přínos k zahraniční politice, která se dotýká lidskoprávní dimenze. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The bachelor thesis is analyzing the role of the president within the Czech Republic´s foreign policy with a focus on human rights. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. First, the theoretical part is focusing on the jurisdiction of the president of the Czech Republic, foreign policies, human rights and the role of the president in this field. Second, practical part presents work and life of three presidents: Havel, Klaus and Zeman. Further, their attitudes and acts related to the foreign policies and human rights are described. Last, the contribution of the three presidents to the human rights agenda within the foreign policy is summarized, compared and evaluated. | eng |
