| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením na Benešovsku. V analytické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy související se zvoleným tématem. Hlouběji se zaměřuje na postavení osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce (nabídka a poptávka, práva a povinnosti zaměstnavatelů ve vztahu k osobám se zdravotním postižením). Syntetická část shrnuje danou problematiku se zaměřením do konkrétní lokality Benešov u Prahy. Předkládá ucelený přehled a konkrétní informace o stavu zaměstnávání pro jednotlivé typy i stupně zdravotního postižení v Benešově u Prahy. Na základě zjištěných dat lze konstatovat, že uplatňování osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce je aktuálním problémem, kterým se v současné době společnost musí zabývat. | cze |
