| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá problematikou domů s pečovatelskou službou v České republice. V teoretické části je popsáno stáří, systém péče o seniory v ČR a především domy s pečovatelskou službou (jejich charakteristika, koncepce, cílové skupiny, poskytované služby. Praktická část obsahuje charakteristiku dvou vybraných domů s pečovatelskou službou a výzkumné šetření mezi jejich obyvateli. V koncepci domů s pečovatelskou službou se skrývá velký potenciál, do budoucna lze očekávat značné rozšíření podobných typů bydlení pro seniory. V praxi však tento systém naráží na rozmanitá omezení. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The work deals with the problem care homes in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes old age, care system for the elderly in the Czech Republic and especially care homes (their characteristics, concepts, target groups, services). Practical part contains the characteristics of the two selected care homes and research survey among their inhabitants. There is a great potential in the concept care homes. In the future we can expect significant expansion of similar types of housing for seniors. Currently this system faces multiple practical constraints. | eng |
