| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá podporou pracovního uplatnění uživatelů Chráněného bydlení Tyršův sad v Centru sociálních služeb Empatie. Práce má pouze teoretickou část, která je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá mentálním postižením, jeho příčinami a klasifikací jednotlivých stupňů. Další kapitola je zaměřena na pracovní uplatnění osob s mentálním postižením. Popisuje význam práce pro člověka s postižením, profesní přípravu, legislativní podporu zaměstnávání osob s mentálním postižením a možnosti pracovního uplatnění. Třetí kapitola popisuje službu chráněného bydlení, jeho typy, legislativu a základní činnosti. Poslední kapitola se zaměřuje na činnosti podporující pracovní uplatnění uživatelů Chráněného bydlení Tyršův sad. Odhaluje pracovní postupy pracovníků sociálních služeb v rámci vykonávaných činností, které vedly u uživatelů k určitému zlepšení. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor thesis deals with the employment support Tyršův sad sheltered housing users in the Social services centre Empathy. The work has only a theoretical part, which is divided into four chapters. The first chapter characterise a mental disability, its causes and different levels classification. Next chapter is focused on job opportunities for people with mental disabilities. It describes the importance of work for people with disabilities, vocational training, legal employment support of people with mental disabilities and career opportunities.
