| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomové práce je přiblížit problematiku stresových faktorů a syndromu vyhoření, a to především u výjezdových hasičů. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny základní údaje o Hasičském záchranném sboru České republiky, specifikách jejich práce a jsou zde také uvedeny informace týkající se stresu, posttraumatické stresové poruchy, syndromu vyhoření a psychologické služby Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. To vše je doplněno o poznatky jiných států. Praktická část je zaměřena na zpracování a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření s cílem zmapovat nejvýznamnější stresové faktory a syndrom vyhoření u pracovníků Hasičského záchranného sboru kraje Vysočina, Karlovarského kraje a Středočeského kraje. | cze |
