| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce je teoretická a cílem je na základě rozboru odborné literatury
a absolvování odborného školení teoreticky popsat tyto nové modely a to jak se vztahují ke klientům a pracovníkům v domovech pro seniory. Součástí práce bude diskuse, v které tyto modely navzájem porovnám. V úvodu definuji pojmy stáří, stárnutí a jeho projevy. Dále se zaměřuji na popis domovů pro seniory, na s nimi související standardy a na pracovníky pomáhajících profesí. V poslední kapitole se věnuji novým konceptům péče o seniory, kterými jsou validace Naomi Feil, Psychobiografický model prof. Böhma a smyslová aktivizace Lohre Wehner. Přínosem této práce je pochopení těchto modelů a to, jak je možné usnadnit a zlepšit kvalitu života klientům. Zároveň může být užitečná pro ty, které o klienty pečují a snaží se jim porozumět. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This bachelor´s work is theoretical and the aim is to describe new models and their relations to the clients and employees at the seniors´rest homes on the base of special literature and of experience from the professional schooling. The work contains the discussion comparing these models. By way of introduction I define the expressions of old age, aging process and their displays. Then I focus on description of seniors´ rest homes, on the related standards and on the employees of the helping professions. The last chapter is devoted to new conceptions of seniors´ care, which are e.g. Validations by Naomi Feil, Psychographical model by professor Böhm and Sensory activation by Lohre Wehner. This work means the help to understand these models and to show how to ease and improve the quality if clients´ lives.
