| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledy pracovníků rehabilitačního centra na
psychosociální rehabilitaci lidí s duševním onemocněním. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty
poznatky o psychotickém duševním onemocnění, jeho projevech a léčbě. Dále jsou shrnuty
teoretické poznatky o psychosociální rehabilitaci lidí trpících tímto typem onemocnění.
V empirické části nalezneme popis metodologických postupů a zásad pro vypracování výzkumu.
Tedy zásady pro realizaci kvalitativního výzkumu, popis zakotvené teorie a její částečné využití
v této práci. Dále je v této části popsán způsob sběru dat, tedy popis hloubkového
polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumu se účastnilo 6 respondentů, 3 ženy a 3 muži (n =6 )
z řad pracovníků rehabilitačního centra Fokus Labe, které má sídlo v Ústí nad Labem. V závěru
práce jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu a jsou komparovány s připravovanou reformou
psychiatrické péče. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the view of workers of rehabilitation Center of
psychosocial rehabilitation of people with mental ilness . In he theoretical part of thesis
are summarized the findings about psychotic mental illness, its symptoms and treatment.
Here also theoretical knowledge about psychosocial rehabilitation of people with this
type of disease are sumarized. In the empirical part we will find description of
metodologic procedures and principles for research developing. Therefore, the principles
for realization of qualitative research, description of grounded theory and its partial
utilization in this thesis work. Further method of data collection, mainly description in
depth semistructured interwievis described here. Six respondents attended this research
three women and three men (n =6 ) -members of the rehabilitation center Fokus Labe,
which has headquarters in Ústí nad Labem. In the final part of the thesis work results of
reaserch are sumarized and they are compared with prepared reform of psychiatric care. | eng |
