| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku učitelské zátěže a její zvládání vyučujícími na střední škole. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřila na zaznamenání základních poznatků vztahujících se k tématu práce a vybraných výzkumných šetření. Praktická část byla realizována prostřednictvím kvantitativní metody dotazníkového šetření s učiteli na středních odborných školách a učilištích. Smyslem šetření bylo získat informace o konkrétních postupech učitelů používaných při zvládání zátěže, které musí čelit v souvislostech se svým povoláním. | cze |
