| dc.description.abstract | Předložená práce se zabývá jevem, ke kterému dochází při vyhodnocování inteligenčního testu BOMAT- advanced. Tímto jevem je snižující se výkon v testu s přibývajícím věkem probandů, ačkoliv by měl měřit typ inteligence na věku nezávislé.
Teoretická část vysvětluje pojem inteligence a shrnuje teorie inteligence dle přístupů různých autorů. Pojednává také o charakteristice inteligence v dospělosti a pohledech na její proměnu. Dále je součástí kapitola o měření inteligence, inteligenčních testech se zaměřením na testy jednodimenzionální. V neposlední řadě informuje o konkrétních testech, které jsou použity ve výzkumu.
Empirická část zkoumá, na základě kvantitativního výzkumu u vybraných zaměstnanců, zda-li výkon v testu BOMAT- advanced je závislý na věku probanda či nikoli. K tomuto ověření byly použity výsledky testu Ravenovy progresivní matice pro pokročilé a Vídeňského maticového testu. Součástí empirické části je i srovnání mého vzorku probandů a normotvornou skupinou testu BOMAT- advanced. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | Presented work deals with a phenomenon which occurs during the evaluation of BOMAT ? advanced IQ test. This phenomenon is the declining performance in the test with increasing age of test subject, although it should measure type of intelligence, independent of age. The theoretical part explains the concept of intelligence and summarizes the intelligence theory approached by different authors. It it also deals with the characteristics of intelligence in adulthood and views on its transformation. Furthermore a chapter on the intelligence measurement with IQ tests focusing on one-dimensional tests is included. Finally it informs about tests, which are used in the research. The empirical part examines, based on quantitative research on selected employees, whether the BOMAT ? advanced test performance depends on the age of test subject or not. The Raven's Progressive Matrices for advanced and the Vienna Matrices Test results were used for the verification. A component of the empirical part is also a comparison between my test subject sample and a regulatory BOMAT - advanced test group. | eng |
