| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této diplomové práce bylo najít a identifikovat lidské nebo zvířecí střevní parazity ve středověkém archeologickém materiálu. K diagnostice a identifikaci byly použity koncentrační metody - flotace a sedimentace. Polymerázová řetězová reakce (PCR) byla použita pro detekci DNA parazitů. Výsledky byly dány do souvislostí s jinými daty publikovaných v podobných studiích a výzkumech. | cze |
