| dc.description.abstract | V první části práce jsme studovala vliv intratumorální aplikace různých typů bakterií na myší melanom B16-F10, a to buď jich samotných a nebo v kombinaci s jinou imunitu stimulující látkou. Byla sledována velikost nádoru, metastáze a přežívání. Druhá část práce byla zaměřená na studium cytotoxického efektu neutrofilů na melanomové buňky a roli extracelulárních neutrofilních sítí. | cze |
