| dc.description.abstract | Tato práce se zabývá tématem přirozeného zákona. Především pak prameny přirozeného zákona, kterými jsou teorie, jež bývají označovány jako klasické. Zaměřuje se postupně na tyto teorie (Aristotelovu, stoickou a teorii sv. Tomáše) a jejich společné body, které jsou pro ně charakteristické. To je cílem této práce. Tyto rysy představují podstatu přirozeného zákona. První část ukazuje problematiku pojmu "přirozený zákon". Obsahem druhé části jsou již klasické teorie. Třetí kapitola představuje shrnutí poznatků kapitoly druhé. Čtvrtá část je věnována rysům klasických teorií v modernějších osvícenských konceptech a vztahu mezi přirozeným a pozitivním zákonem. | cze |
