| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá možnými okolnostmi, které ovlivňují spolupráci rodiny klientů s demencí a pečujícím personálem na oddělení se zvláštním režimem. Zkoumá, jaký význam má spolupracující rodina v procesu zkvalitnění institucionální péče o tyto klienty. V textu jsou představeny některé novodobé přístupy v péči o seniory s demencí, v nichž je důležité znát osobní biografii klienta. Nejen v tomto směru má velký význam spolupracující rodina, jež by se umístěním svého seniora do institucionálního zařízení neměla zbavovat odpovědnosti vůči němu. Záleží i na přístupu zařízení a aktivitě pečujícího personálu, který by měl vtáhnout rodinné příslušníky do procesu poskytování péče. | cze |

The thesis examines the importance of cooperating family in the process of optimizing the institutional care of such clients. The text presents some modern approaches to the care of seniors who suffer from dementia, in which it is essential to know the sufferer's personal biography.
