| dc.description.abstract | Cílem této práce je popis a analýza pedagogických aspektů trenérské činnosti v kontextu současné nabídky vzdělávání pro trenéry, jejich profesního zaměření a jejich sebepojetí vzhledem k výchovnému poslání. Pro dosažení těchto cílů je nutné nejprve definovat sport jako takový, jeho typy či možnosti sportovního vyžití jedinců. Dále je nutné definovat roli trenéra a systematicky popsat důležité vlastnosti trenéra.
V analytické části práce bude věnována pozornost sebepojetí trenérů vzhledem k jejich výchovnému poslání. V této souvislosti bude dotazníkovou formou analyzován pohled trenérů na jejich možné výchovné, respektive pedagogické působení. Mezi další důležité otázky, které budou analyzovány, patří pohled trenérů na svou činnost, které okolnosti ovlivňují jejich výchovné působení apod. Závěr práce bude věnován zhodnocení současného stavu zkoumané problematiky. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The goal of this diploma thesis is to describe and analyze the pedagogical aspects of coaching in the context of the current offer of study programs for coaches, their professional background and their self-reflection due to their educational mission. To achieve these objectives it is necessary to define sport as such, its types and offers of sports activities for individuals. It is also necessary to define the role of the coach and systematically describe important attributes of the trainer.
The analytical part of the paper will focus on the coaches self-reflection due to their educational mission. In this context, the questionnaire will analyze trainers view on their possible educational, or teaching activities.
