| dc.description.abstract | Název bakalářské práce je Sociální rehabilitace u seniorů. Sociální rehabilitace je zakotvena v zákoně č. 108/2006 Sb. o sociálních službách. Popisuje soubor činností, které podporují uživatele domova pro seniory v jejich integraci do společnosti či ve zlepšení soběstačnosti a nezávislosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a výzkumnou část.
Teoretická část práce se skládá z pěti okruhů. V prvním okruhu jsem se věnovala popisu historie a definic rehabilitace. V druhém okruhu je popsána koordinovaná rehabilitace a její tři složky, pracovní, pedagogická a léčebná. Ve třetím okruhu jsem popisovala čtvrtou složku koordinované rehabilitace sociální rehabilitaci a její metody, techniky a terapie, do kterých spadá socioterapie, arteterapie, muzikoterapie, ergoterapie, trénování paměti a reminiscenční terapie. Čtvrtý okruh je zaměřen na potřeby seniorů. Poslední okruh je věnovaný domovům pro seniory a je zde blíže popsán Domov pro seniory Otín, Jindřichův Hradec. Pro výzkumnou část bakalářské práce byl zvolen kvalitativní výzkum. Dále byla použita metoda dotazování a technika polostandardizovaného rozhovoru. Pro rozhovory byly vybrány dvě sociální pracovnice domova pro seniory. Kvótním účelovým výběrem jsem s pomocí sociálních pracovnic vybrala pět komunikačních partnerek z řad uživatelů domova pro seniory. Pro výběr komunikačních partnerů z řad sociálních pracovnic bylo kritérium ochoty spolupracovat na výzkumu. Kritérii pro výběr komunikačních partnerů z řad uživatelů domova pro seniory bylo zúčastňování se aktivizačních činností v dílně volnočasových aktivit, ochota spolupracovat a účastnit se výzkumu a komunikační dovednosti.
Záznamové archy pro rozhovory byly rozděleny do tří kategorií: identifikační údaje; sociální rehabilitace a sociální práce; aktivizační činnosti v kontextu sociální rehabilitace. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem je sociální rehabilitace poskytována v domově pro seniory. Dále byly stanoveny výzkumné otázky. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou bylo, Jaké činnosti, metody a techniky týkající se sociální rehabilitace jsou poskytovány uživatelům v domově pro seniory? Dílčí výzkumnou otázkou bylo, Jaký je přínos aktivizačních činností pro uživatele domova pro seniory? Výsledky jsou rozděleny do dvou částí. Na odpovědi od sociálních pracovnic a odpovědi od uživatelek domova pro seniory. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že sociální pracovnice o sociální rehabilitaci vědí. Jsou s touto problematikou seznámeni a ví, co si pod tímto pojmem představit. Naopak většina dotazovaných uživatelek domova nevěděla, co si pod tímto pojmem představit. Začleňování uživatelů pomocí sociální rehabilitace je nejvíce při navštěvování dílny volnočasových aktivit, kde si uživatelé mohou vybrat, co právě chtějí dělat. V dílnách se dopoledne scházejí převážně ženy a při aktivitách, které se konají odpoledne, přicházejí i muži. Uživatelé do dílny chodí již za určitou činností, ráno většinou kvůli ručním pracím nebo kreslení. Odpoledne se scházejí kvůli trénování paměti, kreslení nebo zpívání. Z výzkumu vyplývá i to, že sociální kontakty uživatelů jsou nejvíce navazovány v dílně volnočasových aktivit s ostatními uživateli, nebo s rodinnými příslušníky. Z výzkumu vyplynulo, že uživatelé domova pro seniory jsou spokojeni s nabízenými aktivitami a žádná jim nechybí. Přínosem aktivizačních činností pro uživatele je udržování jejich fyzických a psychických schopností, smysluplné trávení volného času, uspokojení a radost z vykonávání určitých činností a hlavně kontakt s ostatními uživateli domova. Výsledky výzkumu bakalářské práce by mohly sloužit ke zpětné vazbě pro sociální pracovnice, nebo pro vedoucího domova pro seniory, kde byl výzkum realizován. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The title of the work is the social rehabilitation of the elderly. Social rehabilitation is enshrined in Act no. 108/2006 Coll. Social Services. It describes a set of activities that encourage user homes for the elderly in their integration into society or to improve self-sufficiency and independence. The thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. The theoretical part consists of five parts. In the first part I focused on describing the history and definitions of rehabilitation. In the second part it is described coordinated rehabilitation and its three components, working, teaching and healing. In the third part I described the fourth components of coordinated rehabilitation - social rehabilitation and the methods, techniques and therapies, in which there are social therapy, art therapy, music therapy, occupational therapy, and memory training and reminiscence therapy. The fourth part is focused on the needs of seniors. The last part is dedicated to homes for the elderly and Home for the Elderly Otín, Jindřichuv Hradec is described in more detail. For the research part of the thesis was chosen qualitative research. Furthermore, a methodology of interviews and semi standardized interview technique. For interviews it was chosen two social workers homes for the elderly. Using quota purposeful selection with the help of social workers I selected five communication partners from the ranks of homes for the elderly users. The criterion for the selection of communication partners from the ranks of social workers were willing to collaborate on research. The criteria for selecting the communication partners from the user homes for the elderly was the participation in the activities in the workshop of leisure activities, willingness to cooperate and participate in research and communication skills.
The recording sheets for interviews were divided into three categories: identification data; social rehabilitation and social work; activation activities in the context of social rehabilitation. The aim of this thesis was to find out how social rehabilitation is provided in a home for the elderly. Further research questions were raised. The main research question was what activities, methods and techniques related to social rehabilitation are provided to users in homes for the elderly? Partial research question was what is the benefit for users of the activities are the home for the elderly? Results are divided into two parts - on responses from social workers, and replies from users of homes for the elderly. The research found that social workers know about social rehabilitation. They are familiar with this issue and they know what the term means. In contrast, most home users interviewed did not know what this term means. Inclusion of users using social rehabilitation is most possible to attend a workshop of leisure activities, where users can choose what you want to do. In the morning workshops will meet mostly women and in the afternoon men. Users have come to the workshop for certain activities, usually in the morning because of needlework or drawing. In the afternoon, they meet for memory training, drawing or singing. The research shows also that the social contacts of users are most networking workshop in leisure activities with others, or with family members. Research has shown that users of home for the elderly are satisfied with the activities offered and no missing them. The benefit of the activities is to maintain the user's physical and mental abilities, sense of leisure, pleasure and satisfaction from performing certain activities, and especially the contact with others users. The research results of this thesis could provide feedback to a social worker or manager senior home, where the research was conducted. | eng |
