| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá přiblížením pojetí lidských práv v Islámu, a to nejprve
vysvětlením islámského práva jako takového, jeho vzniku, dějinného vývoje,
a problematiky, popisuje základní pojmy lidských práv v Islámu, jako jsou
svoboda, rovnost a bratrství, postavení ženy ve společnosti a také nabízí
základní odlišnosti s Deklarací všeobecných práv a svobod. Hlavním
problémem je zde neměnnost islámského práva po staletí.
Dále popisuje dějiny islámského světa ve dvacátém století a pokusy
těchto států vymezit se z nadvlády západu, a také vývoj revoluce v Íránu
v letech 1978 - 1979, který následoval podobně i ve státech sousedních. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis deals with describing of human rights in Islamic world, first
with explaining of Islamic human law itself, it’s evolution, history, and
problems, it describes basic topics of human rights in Islam, such as freedom,
equality and brotherhood, position of women in society and than it shows some
differences between Universal Declaration of Human Rights and Islamic law.
Basic problem is changelessness of Islamic law during centuries.
Than it describes Islamic world history of 20th century and tries of
these countries to separate themselves from the western rule, and also evolution of revolution in Iran in the years 1978 - 1979, which followed similarly in neighbouring countries. | eng |
