| dc.description.abstract | Práce pojednává o rizikových faktorech, které ovlivňují vznik syndromu vyhoření a odchod pracovníků z NZDM. První část obsahuje vymezení pojmů nízkoprahovost, nízkoprahová zařízení pro děti a mládež. Dále zahrnuje charakteristiky pracovníků těchto zařízení, popis syndromu vyhoření a jeho vlivu na pracovníky NZDM.
V druhé části je práce zaměřena na vymezení konkrétních rizikových oblastí pro práci v NZDM. Z rozhovorů s pracovníky NZDM vyplynulo několik rizikových faktorů, které by mohly mít za následek vznik syndromu vyhoření. Mezi důležité příčiny, vedoucí k opuštění práce v NZDM, můžeme zahrnout nedostatky v oblastech jako je týmová komunikace, psychická odolnost, umění kompenzace, vize smyslu práce, finance, ocenění a novost oboru. | cze |
