| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá jedním z možných způsobů křesťanského duchovního vedení lidí ke zralosti v Kristu - učednictvím. Teoretická část definuje pojem učednictví, dále se zabývá starozákonními a novozákonními příklady učednictví a biblickými principy, které z toho vyplývají.
Praktická část obsahuje popis čtyř různých způsobů učednictví v praxi Církve bratrské a jejich porovnání s biblickými principy učednictví z teoretické části. Jedná se o vedení skupiny učedníků, učednické koleje Tyrannus Hall v Praze, duchovní rodičovství a duchovní mateřství. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This MA thesis aims to address discipleship, one of many possible concepts of Christian spiritual leadership of people to maturity in Christ. The theoretical part defines the expression of discipleship, furthermore it highlights examples of discipleship and biblical principles that result from the Old and New Testament.
