| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá problematickou perzekucí českého františkánského řádu komunistickým režimem v období 50. - 60. let. Autor popisuje historický vývoj františkánského řádu, politické a právní předpoklady perzekuce řeholních řádů, situaci českých františkánů od nástupu komunistické strany k moci přes jejich pronásledování, internaci, jednotlivé procesy s hlavními představiteli a následné věznění. Zamýšlí se nad důsledky těchto perzekucí na další vývoj františkánského řádu.
Opírá se o bibliografický průzkum sekundárních a primárních pramenů a provádí faktografický průzkum. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This diploma thesis with the issue of Czech Franciscan church persecutions during the Communist Era in the period of the 1950´s - 1960´s. The author describes historic development of the Franciscan church, political and legislative assumptions of persecution of the regular churches, situation of the Czech Franciscans from communist party taking power to their repressions, internations, particular trials with main representatives and following detentions. This study is based on the bibliographical research of the primary and secondary sources.
