| dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce hodnotí pohled na různá postavení nezletilých a mladistvých v rámci trestního řízení (postavení pachatele, oběti trestného činu či svědka) a zabývá se především psychologickými a etickými aspekty těchto pozic. Odborná teoretická východiska a teze jsou v práci konfrontovány s praktickými zkušenostmi sociálních kurátorů pro mládež. V kazuistikách, které jsou součástí práce, jsou nastíněny možné způsoby intervence z pohledu kurátora pro děti a mládež. Práce je jakýmsi zamyšlením nad uvedenou problematikou. Hledá odpověď na otázku, zda zájem společnosti není někdy v rozporu se zájmy dítěte, jehož se trestní řízení týká, či zda nemůže takové řízení dítě dokonce poškodit. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The dissertation evaluates viewpoints on the various positions of young people in criminal proceedings (the position of the offender, crime victim or witness) and deals primarily with psychological aspects of these positions.
Expert theoretical arguments and theses are confronted with the experience and practice of youth and community workers. In the case studies, that are part of the work, are outlined possible ways of intervention from the point of view of youth and community workers. The work is a reflection on the given issue.
