| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá problematikou obchodování s lidmi za účelem nucené práce
a jiných forem vykořisťování.
Cílem práce je zhodnotit opatření prováděná státními orgány i neziskovým
sektorem s ohledem na příčiny vzniku obchodování.
První část práce ukazuje stručný vhled do problematiky. Dále již navazují
konkrétní příčiny vzniku obchodování s cizinci na našem území. Tato část práce je
uzavírána rozborem jednotlivých opatření, která jsou navíc dělena na neziskový
sektor a státní orgány.
Druhá část práce se snaží na 10 kasuistikách potvrdit či vyvrátit zjištění v první

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The dissertation deals with trafficking of foreigners for the purpose of forced
labour and other forms of exploitation.
The goal of the work is to evaluate measures taken by state authorities and nonprofit
sector with regard to the original causes.
The first part of the dissertation shows a brief aspect into the issue. Further
follow specific causes of trafficking of foreigners in the Czech Republic. This part
is concluded by analysis of individual measures, which are also divided into nonprofit
sector and public authorities.
The second part of the dissertation aims (through 10 case studies) to confirm or
