dc.description.abstract | Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na vyhodnocení šesti vybraných zoonóz s výskytem v Jihočeském kraji (kampylobakterióza, salmonelóza, listerióza, klíšťová meningoencefalitida, lymeská borelióza, tularémie) v rozmezí let 2003-2013.
Kampylobakterióza a salmonelóza byly ve sledovaném období vyhodnoceny nejčastějšími zoonózami na území Jihočeského kraje. Jejich společným znakem je alimentární přenos. V rozmezí let 2003-2008 byl nejvyšší počet hlášených případů u salmonelózy, od roku 2008 naopak u kampylobakteriózy. Nejvyšší incidenci obou zoonóz za sledované období vykazoval okres České Budějovice (4 139 případů salmonelózy a 4 924 případů kampylobakteriózy). Další neméně významnou zoonózou byla klíšťová meningoencefalitida, jejíž incidence byla ze všech krajů ČR nejvyšší právě v Jihočeském kraji.
Druhá část diplomové práce byla založena na dotazníkovém šetření zaměřeném na informovanost o zoonózách a problematice rezistence a nadužívání antibiotik. Celkem bylo vyhodnoceno 479 dotazníků. Za zajímavé a současně příznivé lze označit zjištění, že o problematice antibiotické rezistence měli respondenti značné povědomí. | cze |
