| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá uprchlíky v azylových zařízeních v České republice. Jejím cílem je popsat a navrhnout pro ně výchovné a vzdělávací cíle. Teoretická část přibližuje problematiku migrace v ČR, azylová zařízení, psychické problémy, které jsou typické pro jeho obyvatele. Uvádí edukační cíle z hlediska obecné pedagogiky a pedagogiky volného času. Praktická část popisuje život uprchlíků v pobytovém středisku v Kostelci nad Orlicí, jejich trávení volného času a vztahy mezi zaměstnanci a klienty centra. Dívá se na uprchlíka jako na klienta sociálních pracovníků a pedagogů volného času. Snaží se o kvalitativní analýzu rozhovorů se zaměstnanci pobytového střediska, věnuje pozornost jejich působení i osobním cílům v práci a formuluje edukační cíle pro pedagogy, kteří pracují s uprchlíky. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | This thesis deals with the refugees in detention centres in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to describe and suggest educational and training aims for them. Theoretical part outlines the situation of migration in the Czech Republic, detention centres for refugees and their typical psychological problems. It accounts the educational aims from the point of view of common theory of education and leisure time education. The practical part describes the life of refugees in the detention centre in Kostelec nad Orlicí, their activities in leisure time and relations between the employees and clients of the centre. The refugees are seen as social workers´ and educators´ clients. The interviews with the employees of the detention centre are qualitatively analysed, attention is paid both to their activities and to their private aims at work and so the educational aims for the pedagogical workers dealing with refugees are formulated. | eng |
