| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá problematikou umělého potratu a eutanázie jako základní etické otázky tématu umírání a smrti. Teoretická část charakterizuje změny v akceptaci smrti v průběhu dějin, dále líčí představy pěti světových náboženství o posmrtném životě; popisuje, jak smrt vnímáme a prožíváme v jednotlivých vývojových etapách a obsáhle analyzuje etická témata interrupce a eutanázie.
Celá tato část má sloužit jako výchozí materiál k tvorbě ukázek plánování vyučovacích hodin v předmětu "etika" na středních školách podle programu RWCT (Reading and Writing for Critical Thinking). Cílem je zde upozornit na aktuálnost a důležitost tématu, kde se žák prostřednictvím vyučování nejen seznámí s danou problematikou, ale dokáže ji i uchopit, kriticky o ni uvažovat, zhodnotit ji a vyvodit závěry pro své jednání. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The thesis deal with the topic of induced abortion and euthanasia as the basic issue of the theme of process of dying and death. The theoretical part presents how an acceptation of death have been changing during the human history, deals with the concept of after-life in five world religions, presents how death is perceived in different life period, gives the analysis of abortion and euthanasia as an issue of ethics.
The second part od the thesis is to serve as the background material to design lessons of ethics for the secondary schools according to the RWCT program (Reading and Writing Critical Thinking).
