| dc.description.abstract | Práce se zabývá významem životopisu při hledání zaměstnání a to v období před ústním pohovorem. Tématika je nahlížena z pohledu zaměstnavatele i uchazeče o zaměstnání. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny a vysvětleny klíčové pojmy a je zmapován proces příprav před ústním pohovorem. Dále jsou popsány náležitosti, které by měl životopis obsahovat, přičemž jsou v literatuře sledovány rozdíly těchto doporučení. Praktická část diplomové práce konfrontuje a sleduje teoretické informace na zkoumaném vzorku šedesáti životopisů. Doporučené poznatky jsou porovnávány se skutečnými fakty, na jejichž základě jsou vyvozeny závěry a souhrny konkrétních kategorií i studovaného celku. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The graduation thesis deals with the function of a CV in the process of finding an employment, particularly in the period before a face-to-face job interview. The subject matter is observed from the point of view of the employer and of the job applicant as well. In the theoretical part, the crucial terms are explicated and the preparations before the appointment are described. The practical part of the thesis confronts and observes theoretical information taken from a sample that consisted of sixty real CVs. Data in the theoretical part is compared with real facts. On the basis of this confrontation, conclusions concerning various categories as well as the whole issue are made. | eng |
