| dc.description.abstract | Cílem práce bylo zjištění klíčivosti osmi druhů orchidejí (Anacamptis pyramidalis, Gymnadenia conopsea subsp. conopsea, Platanthera bifolia, Neottia ovata, Traunsteinera globosa, Orchis mascula subsp. speciosa, Orchis ustulata subsp. aestivalis, Orchis militaris) na různě starých obnovených loukách v jihozápadní části Chráněné krajinné oblasti Bílé Karpaty. Při vyhodnocování byla zjištěna větší klíčivost u dvou druhů, u A. pyramidalis a G. conopsea oproti ostatním druhům, které klíčily velmi málo (P. bifolia a O. militaris), nebo neklíčily vůbec (N. ovata, T. globosa, O. mascula, O. ustulata). Zároveň bylo zmapováno území v blízkosti obnovených luk z důvodu možné přítomnosti zdroje orchidejových semen. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | The aim of this thesis was to examine the germination of eight orchid species (Anacamptis pyramidalis, Gymnadenia conopsea subsp. conopsea, Platanthera bifolia, Neottia ovata, Traunsteinera globosa, Orchis mascula subsp. speciosa, Orchis ustulata subsp. aestivalis, Orchis militaris) on restored meadows of various ages in the southwest of the White Carpathians protected landscape area. During the evaluation, it was discovered that two species (A. pyramidalis and G. conopsea) had better germination than other species which germinated insufficiently (P. bifolia and O. militaris) or they didn't germinate at all (N. ovata, T. globosa, O. mascula, O. ustulata). Also the area around the restored meadows was mapped because of the potential orchid seed source for the research area. | eng |
