| dc.description.abstract | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá způsoby konzervace zemědělských produktů, a to jak rostlinných tak živočišných. První část práce je věnována jednotlivým metodám konzervace, jejich výhodám a nevýhodám. Druhá a třetí část je zaměřena na jednotlivé konzervační metody rostlinných a živočišných produktů a také na dobu údržnosti konzervovaných výrobků. The former part of this study is focused on the particular methods of conservation and on their advantages and disadvantages.
