| dc.description.abstract | Práce řeší problematiku potravinářské legislativy v ČR a EU za období 1990-2009. První část se zabývá potravinářskou legislativou v podobě technických norem. Druhá část ukazuje vývoj legislativy potravin v rámci ČR před vstupem do Evropské unie a shrnuje hlavní právní předpisy týkající se potravin. Další část popisuje potravinářskou legislativu EU a zachycuje implementaci nařízení a směrnic EU do české legislativy po vstupu ČR do EU. Zaznamenány jsou systémy a orgány dohlížející na bezpečnost potravin. V poslední části je věnována pozornost současné legislativě potravin. | cze |
