| dc.description.abstract | Vzhledem k tématu mé diplomové práce ''Programy podpory malého a středního podnikání a jejich aplikace ve vybrané firmě'' jsem analyzovala nejrelevantnější podporu pro konkrétní podnik s ohledem na jeho záměry. Svoji práci jsem rozdělila na dvě části. První část je zaměřena na popis a analýzu malých a středních podniků v České republice ve vztahu k Evropské unii. V druhé části je uveden přehled podpor tohoto sektoru v ČR. Dále je představen vybraný podnik a jeho plánované projekty. Vzhledem k záměrům podniku jsem analyzovala podporu, která se jevila jako nejvýhodnější pro vybraný podnik. Na základě vybrané podpory jsem zpracovala návrh projektu. | cze |

| dc.description.abstract-translated | According to the topic of my thesis ''Programmes of support of small and medium enterprise and its application in the chosen company“ I analyzed the most relevant support for the concrete enterprise with regard to its intentions. I divided my thesis into two parts. The first part is focused on the description and analysis of small and medium enterprises in the Czech Republic concerning the European Union. The second part includes the support overview of this sector in the Czech Republic. Furthermore the chosen enterprise and its planned projects are presented. According to the enterprise intentions I analysed a support which appeared to be the most advantageous for the chosen enterprise.
